DATA PROTECTION POLICY

GENERAL:

For the purposes of the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679, 27th April, of the Parliament and Council, Law 3/2018, 5th December, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights and other national regulations in force, Fundación Monte Mediterráneo (FMM), hereby informs you that it fully complies with current legislation on personal data protection, and with the confidentiality commitments inherent in its activity.

Fundación Monte Mediterráneo informs you of the existence of an information management system, owned by FMM, for the purposes of management, communication and information. This system is described in the corresponding Register of Processing Activities of TR.


MEASURES AND LEVELS OF SECURITY:

FMM has adopted the necessary measures to guarantee the security of the information, as required by art. 32 of the RGPD, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, in order to avoid (as far as possible and always according to the state of the art) its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access; thereby guaranteeing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information.


SCOPE OF USE:

The security measures that FMM has described in the Register of Processing Activities will be applied to all the assets of the information management system in which personal data is processed, in order to comply with current legislation on data protection.

All personnel hired by FMM and its Data Processors are obliged to comply with the aforementioned legislation, with special attention to their functions and obligations, including the duty of secrecy which shall be duly determined by FMM.


DATA COLLECTION:

Acceptance of these conditions requires users to provide data that is essential for the provision of their services, which will be requested personally through forms or the website. At the time of data collection, the user will be duly informed of their rights.

So that the information contained in our processing system is always updated and does not contain errors, we ask our clients and users to inform us, as soon as possible, of any modifications and corrections of their personal data.


USE OF RIGHTS:

To exercise the rights of access, dispute, rectification, cancellation, suppression or opposition, portability, limitation of treatment, you must contact Fundación Monte Mediterráneo in Dehesa San Francisco. CONSENT:

The user will give their consent for Fundación Monte Mediterráneo to use their personal data for the purpose of providing proper compliance with the services contracted.

Completion of the form included on the site or the sending of e-mails or other communications to Fundación Monte Mediterráneo implies the user’s express consent to the inclusion of their personal data in the aforementioned management system, which is owned by FMM.

At the time of requesting this information, the customer or user shall be informed of: the recipient of the information, the purpose for which the data is collected, FMM’s identity and address, and the user’s right to exercise the rights of access, dispute, rectification, cancellation, suppression or opposition, portability, limitation of processing and to file a complaint with the AEPD.


TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES:

Fundación Monte Mediterráneo does not transfer personal data without the express consent of its holders, which must be granted on each occasion, and it is only transferred for the purpose expressed and always with the consent of the user or customer.


CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROFESSIONAL SECRECY:

The data collected in all private communications between Fundación Monte Mediterráneo and its customers or users shall be treated with absolute confidentiality, and FMM undertakes to maintain the secrecy of personal data, to protect them and to adopt all necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss and unauthorized treatment or access, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.

In addition, information of any kind exchanged between the parties, that which they agree is of such a nature, or that which is simply seen about the content of said information, will also have the condition of confidentiality. The visualization of data through the Internet will not imply direct access to them, except with the express consent of their owner for each occasion.

We recommend that customers do not provide any third party with their identification, password or reference numbers that FMM may provide. Likewise, to ensure that the protection of professional secrecy between FMM and the customer is preserved in all communications, the customer/user should not disclose confidential information to third parties.


CHANGES TO THE SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY:

Fundación Monte Mediterráneo reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as to those that may derive from existing codes of conduct on the subject, or from strategic corporate decisions, with effect from the date of publication of said modification on FMM’s website.

FMM, in accordance with Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, informs you that the broad meaning of this Law includes the provision of information by this means. In any case, the European Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679, 27th April of the Parliament and the Council; the Organic Law 3/2018, 5th December, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights and the rest of the national regulations in force and their development regulations will be applied in this respect, especially with regard to obtaining personal data, informing interested parties and creating and maintaining personal data processing.
